Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Absolutely! Around half of our participants are beginners. La Ventana is famous for its variety of conditions, from flat water to steady wind. Beginners often book lessons with jetski support to get the most out of the trip—we’ll walk you through the options once you book.

  • Yes. The hotel charges per person since it’s all-inclusive, so there’s an additional fee. Pricing depends on whether your guest wants wingfoil gear access or not.

  • The hotel provides mostly Slingshot and Cabrinha gear, with new items added each season. The selection is geared toward beginner and intermediate riders, with plenty of equipment to go around—no shortages.

  • You’ll cover airport transfers ($50–$100 USD each way)’; daily meals (outside of our included welcome and farewell dinners); drinks (when not at hotel’s open bar); optional lessons; and any extras like massages, excursions, or gifts.

  • While we can’t guarantee conditions, La Ventana is known for reliable wind—typically 15–20 knots most days, with a few lighter “rest days.” Even then, we often sneak in a midday session before heading out for group adventures like ATV tours.
